My name is Katy Driver. After a life-changing accident in 2007 left me using a wheelchair, I was told I would never walk, ride horses, or continue working with animals. Instead of walking away from the life I love, I chose to find a different way.

4 Legs & Wheels Inc. is a not-for-profit organisation built on lived experience, resilience, and inclusion. Through rescued animals, equestrian participation, demonstrations, community visits, and events, we create opportunities for people of all abilities to connect, learn, heal, and belong. Whether it’s supporting Equestrians With Disabilities at agricultural shows, providing horses for those who don’t own their own, or bringing animals into community spaces, everything we do is about possibility, compassion, and second chances — for both people and animals.
